| LEVEL FOUR (4) National certification program is run under the jurisdiction of Baseball Canada. All BNSUD Umpires must be recommended by your Regional Supervisor to apply for National Certification. If you are a current level 3 and have been approved and would like to try and obtain the Level 4 status. You must make a appointment with our National evaluator. Submit a check for $75.00 for One plate,one Base evaluation. If additional evaluations are required a charge of $40.00 is required for each position. |
